ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

All of our products are 100% authentic. The products which we bring on retail directly come from the brand and the products which are available on resale are carefully inspected and authenticated by us before being listed for sale.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide. Extra shipping charges apply according to your postal code when ordering from outside of India.

How do I sell some products to you?

DO YOU RESTOCK ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Due to high demand, we try to restock our most popular items, but we cannot guarantee it due to their limited nature. If there’s a specific item you want that’s sold out, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter (insert) or follow us on our social channels (insert) for the latest updates on our new releases.

How do I know the item will fit me? OR How does the item fit?

In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:

  • A size conversion chart to help convert international sizes
  • Product-specific measurements (i.e sleeve length, pant leg width etc.)
  • Size of the garment worn by the model, alongside their specific measurement
Do you sell worn products?

Free Society sells lightly worn products that are in completely wearable and hygienic condition.

What does condition mean?

We rate worn products on a scale of 10. 9 being almost new.

Which payment methods does Free Society accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. We accept UPI Payment methods, Net banking and PayPal as well.

Can I change my address on my order once I have placed it?

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for one of the following reasons:

  • Failure to verify your payment information
  • The product you attempted to order was no longer in stock
Will I be Refunded If my order is cancelled?

Any order that is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances will be refunded.
