Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. Extra shipping charges apply according to your postal code when ordering from outside of India.
Can I sell my products on Free Society?
We are a consignment only store! Please email us at warehouse@freesociety.in with your product description and price, we will get back to you asap.
Do you also sell products on Instagram?
Yes we do, please follow us (@freesociety.in), view our stories and DM us to know more on Instagram.
Are our products authentic?
All of our products are 100% authentic. The products which we bring on retail or consignment directly come from the brand and pre-authenticated sellers. Each and every product available on resale goes through a thorough 8 step authentication process and is carefully inspected and confirmed authentic by us before being listed for sale or shipped out to the buyer.
Do you restock your products frequently?
Due to high demand, we try to restock our most popular sneakers, streetwear items and homegrown streetwear products, but we cannot guarantee it due to their limited quantities. If there’s a specific item you want that’s sold out, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or follow us on our social channels (@freesociety.in) for the latest updates on our new releases.
Which payment methods does Free Society accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. We accept UPI Payment methods, Net banking as well.Answer Content
Can I change my address on my order once I have placed it?
Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address or email us at support@freesociety.in within 24 hrs and we will try to resolve your query.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed.
Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may have been cancelled for one of the following reasons:
Failure to verify your payment information
The product you attempted to order was no longer in stock

Go to Sign In and click on 'Forgot your password'. We will email you a new temporary password.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after your order has been dispatched we will email you the tracking information of your order. It is also possible to track your order from your personal account page on our website.
