We ship through Shiprocket, which partners with trusted domestic and international couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and others.

We operate on a consignment and procure-to-order basis.
This means shipping times vary for each product and are mentioned individually on the respective product page.

Once your item is procured, we process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping estimates are provided on each product page.

  • Actual delivery times will vary depending on the product, supplier location, and courier service availability.

Please note that all shipping timelines are estimates and external factors (weather, courier delays, customs, etc.) may impact final delivery times.

  • We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Orders: ₹350 flat rate or Free Shipping on orders above ₹20,000.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Important: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your package in real-time.

📦 Order Packaging & Damages

We ensure all items are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Email us at support@freesociety.in with your order number, video, and images.

This helps us process your claim quickly.
